Welcome to our Chiropractic Hub. Our goal is to serve you with exceptionally friendly and prompt service and to provide the best family healthcare available.
Your Appointments
In our experience, clients who keep to their recommended care schedule gain the best results. Our aim is to ensure that recommendations for your care are followed so you can achieve the maximum benefits for your health. If for any reason you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call or email us with 24 hours’ notice so that another person may benefit. As part of your care plan, you have agreed to a schedule of care and we are committed to helping you maintain this schedule. If you miss an appointment for any reason, you will be contacted within 5 minutes to ensure we can still accommodate you if you are running late or to make sure you are ok. If we are unable to contact you, follow up calls will be made to reschedule your appointment and keep you on track. If an appointment is missed without giving 24 hours’ notice the company reserves the right to charge you for the missed appointment,
Children/Family Care
We are a family focused clinic and love looking after everyone, caring for new-born babies, our sporting athletes through to our senior citizens and everyone in between. Once you understand that the nervous system controls and coordinates all functions of the body you will understand the importance for all your loved ones to be checked by a chiropractor.
24hr Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24hour notice will result in a full charge.
Fees
Payment is requested at the time of your visit. No accounts are held. Many people choose to take advantage of our pre=payment programme. We can offer a more cost-effective option if you choose to pay and make appointments in advanced.
Referrals
If you feel one of your loved ones could benefit from care, please pass on our details, we would be delighted to have them under our care. Referrals are our biggest compliment.
Medical Insurance
If you have your own medical insurance we can provide you with copies of your paid invoice(s) after your appointments which you can then forward to your insurer for settlement however we do not work directly with your insurance company on your behalf.
Clinical Correspondence/Contact
Your personal information will not be shared with outside companies. If the clinic is requested to provide information to any third parties (insurance companies, medical professionals) your written consent is required.
Discontinuation
If a care plan is stopped for any reason, appointment fees will be calculated on a per visit basis and any remaining credit will be refunded upon request.
Confidentiality
In this office we will maintain your privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.
Remember
Spinal correction and healing takes time. If you have any concerns with your body’s response to care, please do not hesitate to discuss this with your practitioner.
